Social Strategy for Mosaic Makers Collective

As the Sales & Marketing Manager at Mosaic Makers Collective, I managed 3 different brand accounts - Mosaic Makers Collective, Girl Riot Society and Make[Her]Story. I channeled my passion for amplifying women artists' voices into strategic, story-driven content that delivered real results—boosting reach by 80.4% and increasing content interactions by 272.3%. Through follower research, I discovered that over half our audience were fellow female makers, and shifted our content strategy to serve them too. I created educational reels with long-form captions, maker spotlights, and process videos—sparking more saves, shares, and conversations. Using original graphic, video, and photo content, I transformed static product shots into a weekly series featuring multiple makers to encourage online shopping. I designed carousels like “market table inspo,” which generated over 1,500 views and 15 pop-up application link taps. By speaking directly to our audience’s needs, I grew non-follower engagement from 3% to 19%, helping get our artisans' brands in front of thousands of new faces.

I created original photo and video content using my iPhone, then used Lightroom and CapCut to maintain a polished, cohesive aesthetic. I also utilized Canva to design high-quality visuals—often meeting same-day deadlines without sacrificing creativity or brand consistency.
