As Sales & Marketing Manager at Mosaic Makers Collective, I led content strategy for sub-brand Girl Riot Society, increasing followers by 25.6% and reach by 94.7% since January 2025. I produced comedic, employee-driven reels and event promos that consistently attracted new followers and performed well on TikTok, earning 100+ likes and 1.5K–2K views. At Dallas Market, I used hashtag research to connect with two new wholesale leads, including one $500+ order placed the same day.
